Chicken Marsala $32
Marinated chicken breast in our housemade, slow cooked marsala sauce, wild mushrooms, caramelized onions, a generous portion of creamy mashed potatoes, and accented by roasted vegetable
Baked Ziti with Meatballs $25
Pasta baked with fresh herbs, 4-cheese blend, and our balsamic-thyme marinara sauce; topped with beef meatballs & melted cheese.
A classic mix green salad with onion, garlic croutons, tomato, and creamy vinaigrette dressing
Seared Salmon $40
Pan-seared salmon over a roasted veggie & mixed rice rice medley, accented by cranberries & bacon, topped with a garlic buerre blanc
Beef Roast $40
Slowly roasted in a tomato & rosemary gravy, set atop roasted new red potatoes and accompanied with spring peas
Florentine Chicken $20
Marinated chicken breast with artichoke, spinach, red onon, penne pasta, and our basil-cream sauce.
Accompanied with a large classic mix green salad in a creamy vinaigrette dressing.

Enjoy a 4-Coursed Meal that Serves 2 - $80 (add a bottle of wine! +$15)
COURSE I. Choice of One – Shares between 2 +$10 add an additional course
Baked Brie With freshly baked, strawberries, grapes, dried cranberries, apples, and roasted garlic
Crab Cakes Panko crusted & fried, sitting on a roasted red pepper puree, with a corn-pepper & herb relish
Mussels Prince Edward mussels sautéed with Marsala wine, shallots, garlic, tomatoes, fresh herbs
Scallops Pan seared, drizzled with a lemon zest garlic aioli served with a rich parmesan risotto
Soup Our signature cream of potato with fresh rosemary soup
Vineyards Classic Salad with fresh mixed greens, red onion, bell peppers, artichoke & a honey balsamic vinaigrette topped with toasted almonds. Accompanied by bread & real cream butter
COURSE III. Pick 2 Entrees
Center Cut Beef Tenderloin
seasoned & grilled to your liking; finished with an Espresso & Port reduction then topped with an herb compound butter.
Served with triple cheese potato gallete & grilled asparagus
Grilled Duck Breast
open flame grilled Duck Breast accented by ginger, cherry & teriyaki sauce; accompanied by a parmesan risotto along with marsala carrots
Braised Short Ribs
slowly braised beef short ribs in a curry, soy, ginger & house made beef stock marinade; laid over a Thai basil potato puree with grilled asparagus & topped with a reduction of its own jus, Garnished with a crisp apple slaw & spicy peanuts
Rack of Lamb
open flame grilled french rack of lamb then laid over a herb & creamy polenta, topped with a blackberry& thyme reduction along with sweetened carrots
lightly breaded & pan-seared; laid over pappardelle pasta tossed with sautéed mushrooms, spinach & caramelized onions finished with a garlic cream sauce

Colossi Nero d’Avola , Italy - Native grapes of Sicily. Dry fruit forward with lots of dark cherries.
Marietta Old Vine Red Blend, California - Juicy Fruit blend is based on zinfandel, with bright red raspberry notes.
Magnolia Court Cabernet Sauvignon - blackberry and dried currants enhanced with an oaky sweetness
EntreSuelos Tempranillo, Spain - rich, oak spices aromas of black raspberry and cherry with a long smoky finish
Gouguenheim Malbec, Argentina - balanced with dark berries, licorice, smoke and meat.
